As a dedicated user of SBA’s online tools, you will be happy to
see that we have upgraded the tools section.
DON’T WORRY! All of your login and password information remains
the same. So just enter your information and you will be ready to use
the TOOLS just as you have in the past.
And your address books and other information will automatically be updated
within the new tools.
We have simply enhanced the site to make your daily online use and workflow
easier.
The improvements are as follows:
SHIP IT
This section has been completely remodeled to make shipping
your freight as easy as possible. The navigation is much more simple
and clearer. New buttons take you to distinct sections within the shipping
functionality:
- Domestic Shipment
- The shipping form is on one page
for easy entry.
- Shipping/Receiving/Bill to addresses are searchable
and each can be erased with the click of a button if you make a
mistake
- International Shipment
- The shipping form is on one page for easy entry.
- Shipping/Receiving/Bill
to addresses are searchable and each can be erased with the click
of a button if you make a mistake.
- Delete Shipment
- All unshipped House bills are displayed in an easy to
read format for simple deletion.
- Reprint House Bill
- Simply enter a House bill number
for shipment within the SBA system and reprint
it at the click of a button.
- International Forms
- All of your necessary international
forms are available for print.
- Reprint labels
- Simply enter a House bill number for shipments
within the SBA system and reprint the necessary labels
at the click of a button.
- Edit Address book
- The editing functionality is a fast
and reliable interface to make your life
easier.
- Now your Shipper/Receiver/Bill to Address Books are visible and
easy to edit or delete.
- Simply highlight a name and double click to edit. A pop-up interface
allows easy changes. Or buttons are available to delete particular
names.
- Search your databases for particular names for quick, easy changes.
REQUEST A QUOTE
- Your interface is easy to use and you can choose between International
or Domestic service with a simple click of a button.
- Choose from a
detailed list of specific service add-ons so you get the most accurate
quote possible.
- Your quote request is immediately
sent to your local station for a quick reply.
CUSTOMER COMMENTS
- A quick, easy form is now available for
you to offer comments on SBA’s
service or a particular employee.
- You can also make suggestions about
changes you would like to see to make our service even better.
VIEW REPORTS (If you haven’t already been using
reports, you’ll need to talk to your local office to have reporting
turned on for your account)
- If you have signed up to receive reports,
you will notice that we have made many changes to the online reporting
functionality.
- All data displayed is dynamic data with the latest updates.
- You can
now sort by Pickup Date Range/Delivery Date Range or By Tracking Number.
- You
can display the results by Date/Service Level/House bill number/Shipper
Reference Number/Consignee Reference Number
- You can designate a date
range to display.
- You can view results on the web, in a .PDF file or
in an Excel file.
- You can email or print results from the website.
- You now can receive
invoicing information, last status and POD information for all shipments
in our system.
RESOURCES (This section is completely new to the
SBA website)
- Use Resources to keep up-to-date on all industry information
and for tools to make your job easier.
- This section will be continuously
updated, so send us your suggestions and we’ll add links accordingly.
TRACK IT
- Track up to 10 shipments at a time.
- Track shipments by House bill
number, shipper reference number or consignee reference number.
